EzyGas provides a digital platform to order and deliver gas cylinders and manage order and cylinder information. Availability varies by area and by the product shown to you when ordering.

The product price, any delivery fees, and the available payment method appear in the order summary and at checkout. Prices, fees, and options may vary by area and order; the amount shown in the order summary is the reference before confirmation.

You must provide an accurate address and contact details. Delivery timing is subject to availability and operational conditions. The estimate or available window appears during ordering, and we may send updates on the order status.

You can review cancellation or rescheduling options available for your order through the platform or contact channels. Where a refund is due, it is processed according to the order status and payment method; specific restrictions may apply after fulfillment or delivery has started. Contact us if there is an issue with a product or order.

• Return the empty cylinder when receiving the filled cylinder if the order requires it.
• Use and store the cylinder in accordance with the safety instructions provided with it, and do not tamper with the valve or components.
• Tell us immediately about any damage, leak, or visible defect, and do not use the cylinder where there is a risk.

• Provide accurate information and safe access to the delivery location.
• Be present, or authorize a suitable person, when needed to receive the order.
• Follow use and storage guidance and do not use the cylinder unsafely.

• Keep your sign-in details confidential and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Do not use another person’s account or payment information without permission.
• An account may be restricted or suspended for misuse or breach of these terms.
